In the “sandwich years,” when careers peak and family responsibilities intensify, it is easy to lose sight of ourselves. Yet this is precisely the time when investing in self-care, reflection, and intentional choices has the greatest long-term impact.
For me, life strategy means cultivating spaces where you can pause, reconnect with what matters most, and design a future that is sustainable, fulfilling, and aligned with your deeper values.
