Why I created this programme

I learned the hard way that when you run on autopilot for too long, you eventually hit a wall.

Like you perhaps, I was moving forward without truly stopping to think.

Managing everything, anticipating everything, holding it all together.

But between work, family and countless obligations, I sometimes felt I was losing the thread of myself.

I had moments of lucidity, flashes of thoughts like:

“I don’t have time for myself anymore.”

“I know I should slow down, but I don’t know how.”

“Something needs to change, I just don’t know where to start.”

“Is this really the life I want to live?”

That’s when I started revisiting my priorities, my values, and my intentions.

Doing this inner work brought me more serenity, more clarity, and far more coherence between what I think, what I want, and what I do.

Today, I help others walk that same path, with method, gentleness, and structure.

Coaching explores the present and the future, and looks to the past only to draw insights that can support what comes next. It is introspective, but also action-oriented. You finish with something concrete to take forward.
